Wrexham School of Art
Our Regent Street Campus is home to our art and design courses.
The campus has a traditional art school feel which embraces you
from the moment you enter the building. It is a magnificent Victorian building, located near the town centre, which has been converted
into studios.
It offers facilities and workshops for all the art areas at
Wrexham University and even has its own art shop selling
materials at prices well below those elsewhere.
Working with experienced and industry-active staff, you will learn how to create compelling images, work to professional standards and understand how your work fits into the industry.
Students will be introduced to professional creative processes and encouraged to expand their abilities through workshops and practical projects. You will learn how to interpret a brief, identify and solve problems, develop creative individuality and produce a professional portfolio.
